Old and new times of the Brazilian Industry

FKB in its eighteen-year journey has been growing and evolving along with the industrial setting of Brazil and the World.

[Old and new times of the Brazilian Industry]

About 18 years ago, the search for innovation and quality solutions in the Brazilian industry was the challenge to be faced by engineers and technicians from various sectors that made up this setting.

It was not different for FKB that, in search of its place in the market, accepted the mission to develop and manufacture a shipment of Electric Knife Gate Valves, custom-made, model DN 40'' and 48'' for 50 PSI (approx 3.5bar ), the Sirst purchase order of many which would come.

By that time, the shipment was considered to be of an extraordinary size, and the traditional manufacturers with their preformed models wouldn’t be able to serve with such efSiciency and effectiveness.

This ensured FKB's positioning in the Valve market, and its high level of competition in relation to its peer group.

Today, the Brazilian industrial setting has changed in terms of technology, but the level of demand remains high and increasing, which makes FKB proud to present results and to continue facing the proposed challenges successfully, without losing the roots that have brought it to where it is.

Currently counting with more than 10 expert engineers, it does not lack the skill, experience and courage to design and apply solutions for the most complex demands. FKB's know-how continues to be aligned with the demands of the Brazilian and worldwide industry, and not even the high temperatures, high corrosion and abrasion, high pressure levels and special materials of all sizes, are able to stop this giant rising.
