Specialized in developing solutions to customers and partners through custom equipment and services, FKB devotes once more a robust development.

This time, in partnership with GranBio, an active company in the biofuels industry and technological innovations, designed and manufactured a CLOISTERED AND AUTOMATED THROUGH-CONDUIT KNIFE GATE VALVE, 32" and 100% SPECIAL, whose function is to allow and / or block the entry biomass into all GranBio plant, estimated over R$ 4 billion. This valve will be submitted to the operating pressure of 10kgf / cm² and 200°C, but the factory tested for a long period, with pressure of more than 15 kgf / cm² and developed with components to meet 220°C.

Besides the whole complexity of size and pressure, this valve was also designed with EASY DOUBLE SEAT CHANGE / REMOVAL SYSTEM and body / structure WITH CLEANING SYSTEM THAT DOESN’T NEED TO DISMANTLE OR TAKE THE VALVE OUT FROM THE PROCESS LINE.
